Pascal CAVAILLON
Co-founder – CSO
Pascal is specialized in complex product development, expert in inhaled product development and Quality by Design methodology. He was director «Manufacturing, Science & Technology» at GSK where he developed more than a dozen of products. He provides scientific leadership on development projects and optimizes pharmaceutical development organization. He is Associated Professor at Angers Faculty of Pharmacy. He has obtained a post graduate diploma in Pharmacotechny and Biopharmacy and an Executive MBA.
Grégoire LERY
Co-founder – COO
Grégoire has a background in R&D business development, staffing and managing engineer teams, operation and organization performances, subsidiary management in France, Spain and Brazil and M&A operations. He is in charge of operations management and partnerships. He has obtained a MS-eng industrial engineering & management and an Executive MBA.
